Privacy Policy

ParamountX, LLC, 4811 E Julep St, STE 110, Mesa, AZ 85205, sets up automation and Superintelligence (SI) tools and builds custom systems for clients. These run on clients' own accounts unless a client's SOW says we host or maintain them; in that case we handle that client's data as its service provider under our agreement. SI is automated software, not a person. This policy covers the personal information we collect for our own business.
What we collect and why. We collect your name, email, company, phone number, and messages from the forms on our Products and Contact pages, email, calls, and texts; client portal (portal.paramountx.io) account details and uploads; and billing records. Stripe processes payments, and we don't store full card numbers. Our site also collects your IP address, device and browser type, pages viewed, and cookies. We use this to answer you, provide and bill our services, run the portal, measure our site and ads, keep the site secure, and meet legal duties.
Client systems. When we set up tools inside a client's systems, we act only on that client's authorization and only for that job. That data belongs to the client. We don't keep it beyond the work, sell it, or use it for our own calls, texts, or marketing.
Calls and texts. Calls with us at (480) 608-1000 or (480) 608-0407 may be recorded, transcribed, and handled by an SI voice agent, and we tell you at the start of the call. Ask for a person or for no recording at any time. If you opt in, we text you about your inquiry or account, sometimes using automated technology. Consent isn't a condition of purchase. Message frequency varies, and message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to cancel and HELP for help. We don't share your number or opt-in with others for their marketing. We record calls and send texts only for our own business.
Sharing. We share information with service providers that help run our business, such as hosting, email, CRM, phone and SMS carriers, SI providers, Stripe, and analytics and ad tools. We also share it with advisers, with authorities when the law requires, and with a buyer of our business. We don't sell personal information for money. Under some state laws, including California's, our analytics and ad tags count as "sharing" for targeted ads. To opt out, use "Your Privacy Choices" in the site footer or turn on Global Privacy Control (GPC), which we honor.
Retention.
- Inquiries: 24 months after last contact.
- Client and billing records: the relationship plus 7 years.
- Call recordings: 12 months.
- SMS consent records: 5 years.
- Site logs: 90 days.
- Analytics: 14 months.
We keep information longer when there's a legal hold or dispute.
Your rights. Depending on your state, including California, you may know, access, correct, delete, or get a copy of your information, and opt out of sharing for targeted ads. We won't treat you differently for using these rights. You may use an authorized agent, and you can appeal a denial by replying to our decision. Email support@paramountx.io or call (480) 608-1000. We verify your identity and reply within 45 days. For data in a client's systems, contact that client.
Security and children. We use encryption, access controls, and multi-factor sign-in. Our contractors are bound to confidentiality and limited to their job. We notify you of a breach as Arizona law requires. Our services are for adults, and we don't knowingly collect data from anyone under 16.
