SI (Superintelligence) Disclosure

"SI" means Superintelligence: automated software agents and language-model systems. SI is automated software, not a person. ParamountX sets up SI tools on clients' own accounts, and clients run them, unless a client's SOW says we host or maintain them. We also use SI in our own work, for example drafting replies or answering calls; an SI voice agent says it is automated at the start of a call. Team members marked (SI) are SI systems, not employees.
