Terms of Service

ParamountX, LLC · 4811 E Julep St, STE 110, Mesa, AZ 85205 · Effective October 14, 2026

These terms cover paramountx.io, the client portal (portal.paramountx.io), and our implementation, custom development, support, and consulting services. We set up automation and Superintelligence (SI) tools and design and build custom systems (such as CRMs, portals, job tracking, internal apps, and integrations). These run on your own accounts, and we don't run them for you, unless your SOW says we host or maintain them. SI is automated software, not a person. A signed order or statement of work controls if it conflicts with these terms. You must be 18 or older and authorized to bind your business.

  1. Pricing and billing. Prices, billing dates, and any trial period are shown at checkout or in your order, and those terms apply. Stripe processes payments. If your plan includes a trial followed by an automatic charge, checkout will show the amount and date, and you can cancel before then by emailing support@paramountx.io. Monthly support is billed in advance and can be cancelled before the next billing date. Other work is quoted. Taxes are extra.
  2. No refunds. All sales are final once setup work begins or deliverables are delivered. This doesn't limit rights the law gives you.
  3. Access to your systems. You provide the credentials and confirm you can grant access. We use that access only for your job, keep what we see confidential, and copy only what the work needs. When the work ends, we remove our access and delete any copies. You own your data. If we host or maintain a system for you, or a job involves personal information in your systems, we handle that data as your service provider and our Data Processing Addendum (available on request at support@paramountx.io) applies.
  4. Your responsibilities. Keep your portal sign-in secure. Review SI output before relying on it; it can be wrong. You are responsible for automatic actions you turn on and for getting the consent the law requires (including under the Telephone Consumer Protection Act, or TCPA) before tools text or call anyone. Don't use the services unlawfully or for spam, and don't try to break their security.
  5. Custom work. Each project's details are in its statement of work (SOW).
    • Ownership: once you pay in full, you own the custom deliverables we make for you. We keep our pre-existing tools, templates, know-how, and reusable components, and we give you a perpetual, non-exclusive license to use any of them built into your deliverables. Third-party and open-source parts stay under their own licenses.
    • Acceptance: we deliver in the stages the SOW sets. A stage is accepted if you don't send us written defects within 10 business days.
    • Fixes: for 30 days after acceptance, we fix defects where the work doesn't match the SOW.
    • Hosting and support: we provide hosting, maintenance, and support only if the SOW or a support plan says so.
  6. Content and confidentiality. You own your content. Our site and the portal remain ours. Each side protects the other's non-public information.
  7. Third-party tools. Tools from other companies follow their own terms, and we aren't responsible for them.
  8. Disclaimer. Except as a signed agreement says otherwise, the services are provided "as is," without warranties. We don't give legal, tax, investment, or medical advice.
  9. Liability. Neither side is liable for indirect or consequential damages or lost profits. Our total liability is limited to the fees you paid in the 12 months before the claim. These limits don't apply to fraud, gross negligence, willful misconduct, or anything the law won't let us limit.
  10. Indemnity. You will defend us against claims arising from your content, your systems, or your misuse of the services.
  11. Termination. Either side may end the services by written notice, unless your order says otherwise. You pay for work done through the end date, and section 2 still applies. We may suspend for non-payment or misuse. Confidentiality, ownership, payment, and liability terms continue after the services end.
  12. Law and venue. Arizona law applies. Disputes go to the state or federal courts in Maricopa County, Arizona, and both sides waive a jury trial.
  13. Changes and contact. We may update these terms with a new date. support@paramountx.io · (480) 608-1000
